What is Mindfulness in the Meadows?

Mindfulness in the Meadows is a 4-week summer program for teens, ages 11-16, who are struggling with feelings of stress and anxiety. Dr. Arielle Skoryk, Licensed Psychologist, teaches mindfulness & coping skills and facilitates the development of positive peer relationships. The small group meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00-4:00PM at a designated location in Mercer Meadows. The entire program is nature-based, which means your teen will enjoy spending time outside in a park while learning the skills necessary to reduce stress & anxiety.

Program Cost

It is important that your teen attends all 9 sessions to fully benefit from the program. Each session is two hours long, occurring from 2:00-4:00PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays. The program cost is $720 for the full 18 hours of small group therapy.
